Super Kev To You

Apart from initiating the thread, there's been silence from 'Halifax fan'. Understandably, given the amount of pontificating and petty griping that has more or less drowned the issue at hand.

Torquay United v Barrow 3/2/18

Yes, this is the one. Win - and we have a slimmest of chances; lose - and we're gone, long gone daddy.

Mark loram article

Loram went on loan to Stockport County (with a view to a permanent signing). However, he was 'returned' before the end of his loan period - for being pissed all the time.

Mark loram article

Yes, I agree. Loram is THIRD in my all-time United great player list after Robin Stubbs (1) and John Smith [1967-68] (2). (Apologies to Don Mills fans but he was before my time). However, this article is VERY rose-tinted. I have a number of newspaper cuttings from the time which show Loram in a very...

I was getting worried....

Whew, thank goodness for that! I was getting worried, very worried about GILBERT. I was under the impression that he'd been sent permanently to the Old Birds Home, but now it seems he's been re-born or, at least, the avian spirit of birdland has decreed that he shall live again. So, come on, ladies ...

tufc in crisis

An alternative would be for the Government to impose a tax on all Premiership clubs, enduring that ALL monies thus collected were distributed to the lower and non-league clubs (according to a strict registration process). There are thousands of clubs, thousands of players, millions of supporters. Wh...

This is usual now (I mean the lack of five names). It used to be rare, now it is commonplace.
