I hope the board and fans have learnt now from past managers that its going to be someone who will be based in Devon, cant have managers leaving to go back up north as we have found out the hard way what happens... ling... cox. Someone who will thrive on a challenge like this and be happy to relocat...

for a board to come out publically expressing what needs to be done on the FANS side and have absolutely no response or announcement from them (regardless if they will do it later today) is an utter disgrace. What they have done is now turn more people away!! I have to agree with a lot of the posts ...
