Full time V Part Time
Crowds may be higher last few games due to emotional factor but we've been averaging well over 2000 every game , current average 2400. Only 6 of 22 under that and then 1800ish and that's for a team that's been awful all season You could argue it's season tickets and we won't sell as many next season...

Full time V Part Time
A terrible team aren't resulting in low crowds now though ? Can a part time team be any worse ? With new players with the right mindset being coached to play like the teams who have outplayed us this season. Pass and move and understanding with sharpness and alertness to want the ball first, it's no...

Remember him scoring after 3 minutes in a Boxing Day blizzard in 1970 against Plymouth in the days when we were the best team in Devon . 2-1 win with John Rudge scoring the winner after Jim Furnell parried his penalty.
Game would never have been played today , with snow and ice on the pitch.

Yeovil Town v Torquay Utd Friday 29th 3pm
That's 3 posters who have called Stobbs Stubbs ! Please don't insult the great man's name ! Agree. I didn't think Yeovil were very good and looked short of confidence after 2 home defeats, perfect time to get at them but approach was wrong, and as said we simply gifted them the goals and the game. I...

Exactly right Yeofan ! We've been saying that all season. We don't have a TEAM !!
I've yet to see any Downes influence on this lot.
It seems like Johnson is still here.

Staying Up - Relegation Battle
Need to pull our fingers out on Monday with the next 4 away after that. Dartford playing Eastbourne too. For God's sake play DOA up with Ash , these opposition defences have their cigars out when facing our 'attack'. Give them something to think about . Stobbs the best winger in this league Aaron ? ...

Did ok first half until Stobbs got dispossed and it cost us. We obviously haven't looked like scoring with Ash on his own up front. Archer and McGavin need to get involved in the game.

Fair enough but you did say 'this model has taken them from National League to League One' Anyway I appreciate all efforts being made to save the club .

It's all very well quoting the Exeter City model
but we won't have the 10 million, and it is at least that, from transfer fees and add ons that kept them full time and got them to League One.

You must have seen them play and seen that they are not strikers ! Where is it listed that they are ? Attacking midfielders maybe but not strikers !

Torquay United v Hamptom & Richmond Borough Sat23rd (Devon Day)
Thought we were excellent first half, obviously second half we didn't want to push forward too much and get caught. Stobbs put over some good crosses, shame Jarvis wasn't in there. I do think we need to show a bit more anticipation and attack the crosses better though. Defence was very solid, our be...

Neil Warnock great bloke
Remember it well. Then when later visiting teams came to Plainmoor and kicked one out of the ground we'd all chant "Scarborough, Scarborough" !
He would be getting results out of this lot that's for sure.
