Pleased to hear it got there okay and even more pleased to hear you enjoyed reading it. Thanks for your support!

Scott - If you try now, you should be able to get shipping to Guernsey - apparently it's the same cost...

OllieGull - yours was posted on my lunch break with several others. Anyone who orders from now on will have to wait for tomorrow's post. Thank you all.

Very interesting and enjoyable. Well constructed and presented. And all for £1!!

I Liked the variety of content - interviews, research, opinion and fact, looking back and looking ahead, and the personal bits from Mr Dand.

In future issues, more about ex-gulls please. Oh, and "I was there when ..." eye witness reports - preferably just re-living the good times!

Thank you.

I can confirm there will be more about ex-Gulls in Issue Two. Rejoice!

Thanks for your comments, nice to hear what people enjoyed in particular.

Hey, sadly not - I'm not a season ticket holder so I can't guarantee I'll be at every game and don't always know which games I'm going to until a day or two before. I'm all over the place. I'd recommend picking it up online, but thank you so much for your interest - I hope you enjoy the first issue.

In other news...

We got featured on the Herald's TUFC podcast today. Many kind words were uttered. At this point I have to reiterate that I am incredibly proud to be a part of this team and hope that everyone who contributed to the first issue or bought a copy feels as much a part of this as I do. If you haven't heard the podcast you can do so on the Herald web page.

Issue 2 is up for pre-order!

There are two ways to buy.

1. Subscribe to Highway to Hele for £4 + p&p, receive the next four issues to your door (release tbc).

2. Pre-order Issue 2 on it's own.

Both options can be explored at http://www.sideonetrackone.bigcartel.com

Sorry to double post, I probably should have just posted a new thread when Issue 2 came out. You live and learn.

Please see the first post for details on content for Issue 2 and how to pay. Highlights include Alex Russell, Laura Gough, Craig Easton, Where Are They Now?, Matchday Journals, Attendance statistics 2013/14, Plainmoor RIP (comment on Launa WIndows sposorship), Captaincy in modern football, Ticket Prices, A Retrospective match report from Scarborough 98 (you know the one). All for £1!

Hi, (it's just Rob - as in Robert but not even my mother calls me that)

I emailed you back on this - it's not double, that price includes the postage, so it's £4 for the four issues and £4.80 for postage for those four. Hope that makes sense? Thanks for subscribing.

If anyone has received their copy of Issue 2, let me know what you think!
