RIP Kenneth & Bronson Battersby

Post by SuperNickyWroe »

Absolute heart-breaking news of Kenneth & his son Bronson being found sadly passed away together at home in Skegness.
Ken was a TUFC fan originally from Sheffield and I had met him at a few of our games.
RIP Kenneth & Bronson.

RIP Kenneth & Bronson an absolutely heart breaking story.

When I saw the picture released with him wearing a shirt proclaiming his support for Torquay United I hoped someone would be able to give us a bit of background to that.
One of his neighbours was quoted as saying " will miss the football banter".

So so tragic.

Just heard that burglars broke into the home of Bronson Battersby and his father the day after their bodies were discovered.

Truly awful and tragic story. Not being in anyway critical of the father here, who was clearly doing the best he could, once again we see Authority, the system and society completely fail a venerable young child.

No doubt in the coming months we'll hear how mistakes were made, people are sorry, and lessons will be learned, unfortunately until the next time.

Did not realise who this was until today. Truelly heartbreaking. The minutes silence today was the quietest I've ever been present at. Truelly respectful. Well done all at Plainmoor today.

That's good to hear and tbh, I wouldn't have expected anything else.
