We'll have to make sure we win then!

They normally are, but Crawley are non league, so the slipt is as above for this round of the cup.

If we were up against a league team the split would be 45% to each club and 10% to the FA Pool.

Any replay would be 42.5% to each club, 10% to the FA Pool and 5% to the FA

Surely home and away clubs get an equal split?

I am not to worried they get a little bit more of the cut. We will make our money in the 5th round ;-)

Gate Receipts

I have started a new thread as this subject has been raised in several postings this week

....and it makes frustrating reading

I believe that that the net gate receipts on Saturday are divided as follows
- Crawley 50%
- Torquay 40%
- FA Pool 10%

The FA Pool is not direct to the FA. It is shared between all competing clubs after the final

Crawley get more because they are a non-league team and so the rules are different to that previously posted.

Should Saturday's match go to a replay then the share would be as follows
- Crawley 47.5%
- Torquay 37.5%
- FA Pool 10%
- FA 5%

...again different rules as Crawley are a non league club

....I stand corrected if I am wrong, but I have been told this by a friend who works for the FA, allbeit in the referee section, but he is a bigger anorak than me, so there is a pretty good chance he is right!
