I found that my metabolism changed when I turned 30 - I didn't change a great deal and I suddenly started really piling on the pounds. Just starting a bit of an exercise regime and diet change now. Figure I need to lose at least 3 stone!

So a small portion of chips from the chippy rather than a large should lose me weight, right?

Great idea for publicity for both the club and the company. I'm in!

Well done all round.

If i win Luke then you can have mine for free mate. No worries, I've already bought one so i don't need a second. You just tell me where to send it and it's yours. I never win anything though so i wouldn't hold your breath but if miracles happen then the offer is there.
