In a recent Match Day Programme Ben described the injury and explained it was going to be a long slow road to recovery.

The ligament has detached itself from his heel which is unusual and slow to heal.

I hope I have got this right as I am trusting my memory!!

No idea. I did see him just before Christmas and he was still wearing one of those protective boot things
