Barnet have an excellent chairman in Kleanthous as well, bloke loves the club and has done everything he can for the good of the club despite the fact their council has done them zero favours ever. They've never been in financial difficulty since he's been around that i can remember and they've always lived within their means. We are a similar club to them in terms of size of support, ambitions and recent history. They just have better people in charge from top to bottom, an experienced manager at this level and a good squad.
They are doing really well and credit to them, it can't have been easy to effectively be kicked out of Underhill and while the fans may not have taken completely to The Hive (I can't blame them it doesn't look like 'home') as ever they are doing things the right way on and off the field. It might not have been great for the fans but it was the best deal for the club and will probably secure their long term future, i do hope a return to Barnet materialises at some point though. It's not right when clubs are taken out of their towns/boroughs.
Going to be a massively tough game for tonight, I've heard our starting lineup and on paper for me it's as strong as we can name, just have to hope we get a performance and cut out the silly errors.
No surprises to see Matt look like an arse again, it's what happens when someone with no idea of any facts pipes up.
