The questions was, attending Norhtampton or drinking a bottle of red on the couch on that particular Friday night.

IF, and its a big IF based on Tuesdays offering, we're still in with a shout of the plays offs then I suppose i'll drag myself an hour up the road but I've been fortunate to see quite a few TU play off teams over the years and this current one isnt quite there yet.

Having said that, the whole division appears to be much of a muchness so who knows. We might just be better than a whole host of other mediocre teams around us.

Oh no, no no, no Camb, they will, and I'm quoting here, "definitely finish above us and beat us at Sixfields." This prophecy was made by a Cobbler dangerously close to the start of their glorious run of 10 games and counting without a win. Boy, do I chuckle to visit their site and see simultaneous threads proclaiming that 'This league must be shit, Gillingham are going up.' followed swiftly by 'I think were **** ed and likely to go down'.

Newsflash Northampton, YOU'RE SHIT, that's why you're in L2, that's why you're struggling, that's why we humped you at Plainmoor without really trying and that's why you consider a reject from Burton Albion to be a goal scoring machine, when, in truth, Harrod is no more useful on a football pitch than Harrods!
Please do keep us all updated on the progress if your current highest appearance maker, that geezer who **** ed off home early because he couldn't break into our matchday 18 ahead of two youth teamers and the woman who hoovers around the offices each Sunday morning.

Anyway, back on topic about whatever thread this is.

Matt.

I'll hopefully be there at Northampton. I just mainly want to see us put one over on some crappy Champions League team.

See, even spambot knows you should have stayed in and watched BArsenalOna.

Wow. What a bad decision that was. Utterly inept and what a waste of the best part of £30. Reckon those on the pitch would rather have been watching the Arse and to be honest, the BBC internet updates from the nou camp were more entertaining that the what was on offer in front of me.

My next decision is Northampton or Friday night bottle of wine on the couch.

Aussie shiraz here we come!

Seriously can't wait for tomorrow, get back from college for 5pm, leave before 6ish, see a Torquay victory and win a fiver off a mate after Barca thump Arsenal out the Champions League. =D

Let's drown out the Aldershot support just like last season people!!! :~D

OK, I had decided to go but just had a call that I might need to be in Luxembourg on Tuesday and Wednesday so might not get to see either.

We'll see.

Right, so when I thought all this was out of the water, frankly, it isn't.

Go up with Dad on Tuesday, he'll then drive me to Bristol, where my grandad will pick me up and take me home.

All back in time for a full day at college on the wednesday, maybe a bit tired and without a voice for a while but who cares!
