Verma - Looked like he'd been playing RB his whole career! Fantastic performance.
Allen - Always a threat going forward. It makes such a difference to have a pacey winger.
MacDonald - Great headed goal. Kept the team together and was solid at the back.
Gerring - For someone who's only played a handful of games in this division he was solid throughout.
Richards - Battled hard all game even if he did make a few misplaced passes. What a goal!

MacDonald - Well taken goal and a near-perfect performance
Butler - Doesn't stop running up and down the wing, and is always an attacking outlet for Moore
Verma - Personally, I think he has been at his best since moving to right back. Would love to see him here next season
Young - Calm on the ball. Brilliant passing. We looked a different team without him. I hope he renews his contract
Blisset - Wins everything in the air, but has an element of skill about him too. As a team, we are much better with someone, like Nathan, to aim for

However, I couldn't fault any of the players at all. Iffy Allen was a constant threat, nothing goes past Gerring and a brilliant goal from Richards.

My first game since altrincham on a freezing day a few months ago. The game that Marsh got sent off for having a go at Butler...

Cannot believe what a completely different prospect we are now. Absolutely unbelievable job from Nicho. And yes, I was one of the many who was massively doubtful of his appointment.

Today:

MacDonald
Allen
Butler
Young - even though he only played a half - how we've missed his calmness on the ball, sets the tone.
Verma

Honourable mention:

Gerring - clearly limited to thumping it clear every time the ball came near him. However, didn't let anything go passed him and showed how much it meant to him in the celebrations at the end. Brilliant.

Richards - again, showed that he's limited with a few wayward passes, but never stops running and scored an absolute peach of a free kick. Must've been watching Luke Young in training.

Everyone else - goes without saying. 12 points adrift just a couple of months ago. Now safe with two games to spare. Miraculous.

526 Gulls there today, what an incredible figure that is. And rewarded with narrowing the aggregate defeat to a respectable 5-7. Oh, and securing safety too.

If you were one of them, up to five players please.
