If you could cover his response on the other thread about the ground it might help going forward.

We need to make a shitstorm of noise to let the powers that be now that they cannot operate under the radar. We need to let them know we're out there.

I have written to both of my councillors (both of whom replied positively - although one is Adrian Sanders), the Mayor Gordon-Secret-Meeting-Oliver! and Kevin Foster MP (who have yet to reply).

It would be the best Christmas present if it turned out that GI had bought TUFC with their best interests in mind and with the aim of taking them into the first division but with their track record and the shenanigans so far I can't see it happening.
Update:
I received a reply to my letter today from Kevin Foster MP. He had a good knowledge of "the situation" and is very supportive of the club.

I'd rather have one Alex Rowe back than a thousand Bill Phillips'.

Yep I think that's correct. He ceased to be a Director then. He stepped down as Chair around the ending of the Lee CEO era so Scott you could be right in that connection. Happy Christmas everyone by the way.

I thought Rowe left at the same time as the Boyce brothers - sometime after the departure of Colin Lee.

I still don't trust GI. Their track record is appalling and if we could have avoided them it would have been better for us I believe. However they must surely realise as a company another 'shifty' episode with a football club will surely see their name and those of their directors tarnished completely. They also have a lot to lose. It is in everyone's interest to get this relationship and its outcomes right.

A lovely story from DW, but in terms of online sleuthing, it's about as accurate as the Reddit attempt to identify the Boston marathon bombers.

Rowe left last time because wild Bill Phillips made important and (what Rowe saw as fairly dodgy) decisions whilst he was on holiday. Make no mistake him coming back into the fold is a positive.

Give them a chance. If Nicho didn't like what he had heard and didn't agree then I'm sure he would say.

It's been 5 days. What chance do they have if no one gives them one!!!!
I wouldn't bet on it. Speaking out against your employers can be a risky business.......just ask Alan Pardew.
