I can remember in the mid/ late 90’s there was 1 away fan in the old away end (open roof)
The team was from up north (Rochdale, Scarborough or somewhere equally as grim)
The sad thing is I think we lost

Can't imagine anyone beating 4 . There was 13 on a Tuesday night against someone a year or two ago, can't remember who though.

For a league match that's Crewe.. back in March 1986... 850

But the lowest I've seen at Plainmoor for a competitive match is 520 when we played Shrewsbury in a League Trophy game in 1991.

On the flip side, as a tacker, I was in the 20,100 that squeezed into Plainmoor for the FA Cup 3rd Round Replay against Spurs in 1971

Was thinking; what's the worst following you've seen at Plainmoor?
Also; whose brought big numbers down to you?
I have it on good authority we (Barnsley) had 4 visit you in 77/78 lol.
