He ceased to be director of four GI companies just two days before the announcement that Osborne had cut his losses.

My guess is GE was tasked with getting the council on board and when that failed he got the chop.

Certainly will be looking forward to him being gone. And also to when neither Osborne or him are no longer the arbiters in interpreting or determining what an ‘essential operating cost’ is.

Abbey Stadium maybe…although it appears Swindon Council have concerns about what he’s been up to there
