He did used to play for Worthing before us so he was probably just interested in seeing two of his former clubs play each other. But as you say I’m sure it has no bearing on his next club.

Given the surprising bumper crowds and the money raised through other avenues we must be north of £500,000 above what was originally expected but given the debts faced when the Bryn consortium took charge I'd rather those debts were settled earlier than spent on aging journeymens excessive wage demands. One decent loan acquisition could tip automatic promotion into our laps. Definitely no need to waste it on anyone who already proved capable of turning us down previously.
