Attendance was 3800, by the sounds of it around 300 extra in for free in the away end, it looked about that to me, so 3500 paying fans.
Our average is 3500, so it seems no extra cup fans.

Only about 300 in the Wollens end.

It seems that a large number of Torquay fans would agree with me.

Our attendances have been amazing so far this season.

I just commented how fantastic the attendance was as I had predicted 3000 would turn up today.
We’ll have a better idea of the fan base we now have in two weeks time, I still feel 3000 is about right and fantastic for this level tbh.

A lot of tickets have been given away to Torbay Council staff this week, 1000 I think. They will be in the Woolens End.

Despite the big defeat last week, I do not think that will overly put people off. I would anticipate 3800-3900, even if Welling bring about 22. Thankfully we can now concentrate on our primary concern........winning this league. We do not want the play-offs.

Three points at home is a priority.

Here's hoping for a decent crowd again tomorrow. January is notoriously a difficult month for many as the credit card bills come in and also this week is a bit chilly. The tanking at Worthing won't have helped either.Other clubs fans will be feeling the pinch too, so away fans will also be down. So lets get behind the lads encourage a friend to go, buy an extra beer or coffee etc.

I'll be disappointed if we get below 2,000.

Very possibly dip below 3000 for the reasons you mentioned brewersboy, but I'll bet it's a solid 3150
Hope so.
