The penultimate game of the season ... and congrats to [b]numpte, leetufc, Midland Gull, Brewers Boy, Fozziefan, TUFC67, SuperNickyWroe[/b] and [b]MoxGull2502[/b] who all predicted the 3-0 home win over Weymouth.

[b]numpte[/b] now takes a two point lead into the final game of the season. But.... remember.... [b]next week is double points [/b]so still all to play for (for some anyway!).

I've done myself slightly by missing a fair few predictions over the season

This does mean that nobody is allowed to predict the same result as moi...new rule 😉

Congrats to [b]numpte, UnitedinDevon, MellowYellow, MoxGull2502[/b] and [b]PainInTheGULLiver85 [/b]who all went for a 0-1 away win and came away with 3 points apiece.

....and we have new leaders! Both [b]numpte's [/b]and [b]UnitedinDevon's[/b] predicitions catapult them into joint top spot with just two games to go.

Very tight at the top (still) with - by my reckoning (which isn't always accurate) at least 26 players can still get the coveted top spot on the final day. Some will look at the table and go 'err, only those on 28+ can win it'.... ahh, but here's the twist.... the final day away at Hemel will be worth [b][size=150]DOUBLE POINTS[/size][/b]... yep, 6 for a correct score and 2 for a correct result. So [b]westbaygulls[/b] dream is still on ... as long as no-one else scores any points in the next two games! .

Congratulations to [b]Midland Gull, UnitedinDevon, Brewers boy, Brixham63, Hot Rod, Rio Doherty, torregull, Incredigull[/b] and [b]Cruisinho[/b] who all predicted the correct 2-0 home win over Slough.

[b]Midland Gull [/b]now moves into joint second with [b]Hornblower2[/b] with [b]UnitedinDevon, Brewers boy[/b] and [b]Brixham63[/b] (despite Mussa still not scoring!) joining the 30+ club.

[b]standupsitdown[/b] retains top spot by a solitary point... but for how long?

I'll make a call on this... last game of the prediction league season will be the away game at Hemel Hempstead.

With any luck, we won't be in the play-offs... just watching from afar with a beer in hand to find out who joins us in NL next season! :whistle:

This is getting as tense as the title race!

This question won't matter as we are definitely finishing 1st - but in case we don't, is the league just covering the regular season or will it include any potential playoff games?

I know cup games are excluded but couldn't see anywhere about playoffs, but apologies if its been mentioned already.
