Still an odious pair though....
The second yellow for Zebs was for handball, which was correct. It was the first card that I felt was due to the Gatwick player falling over as if poleaxed, and the screaming from the Gatwick bench may have influenced the ref. I was right next to this incident on the popular side, and was not a bookable offence or indeed a foul at all. This is what they do, following Raynor's lead. Mind you the ref for that game wasn't fit to ref an under 10s match.

zeb had just been booked, when he tried to punch the ball out of the area on a cross. a very stupid sending off, but Zebba was easily wound up, so it could've contributed to his downfall. but he only had himself to blame on this particular occasion to be honest. that's not defending the chuckle brothers of course, everything they and their team did that day stank.

Our groundsman should be able to get his back while watering the pitch, you know had it goes "oh sorry lads i slipped" :)

As far as fat boy and Claire "wings" rayner, one sidways glance from Shaun Taylor should do. :)

whilst i won't be there saturday, i hope there is something planned for that little turd during the warm up, after last years disgusting behaviour when they were asked to stay out of the goal area. would be great to get about 10 big lads, with (toy ?) shotguns and Rottweilers "policing the area". my suggestion would be to give the happy couple a pre-kick off slating, and then ignore them. get behind our lads, and leave Shaun Taylor to deal with them two lardies on the touchline  :-D

You could be right, but I think the pair of them have played things this way throughout their careers. Fatty certainly did at Boston, and we know Raynor's history. The whole Gatwick team behave like this, presumably under instruction from the gruesome twosome. It is clearly designed to gain unfair advantage by:
- winding the opposition players up (by arguing, niggling, diving) to put them off/get them booked (e.g. Zebs last time round)
- exercising unfair influence over the officials, making them afraid to give decisions against Gatwick.

It is possible to wind Fatty up (less so Raynor), and it is possible to get a reaction from him, which is very funny. I did this myself at Gatwick back in 2007. I agree that our fans must focus on getting behind the Gulls rather than berating the Gatwick bench, but it is very hard not to be wound up by their tactics, their behaviour and, I am afraid, their history.

Wind the buggers up as much as we can, why, becuase they deserve it for being the biggest moaners and cheats we will face this season.

I was hoping that in league 2 the officials would be able to stand up to them, but seems not. So we need to make Plainmoor an uncomfortable and noisey cauldron to try and put them off. Get at the lot of them, up the ante. By the way not in anyway violently but we need to upset them.
Hmm, not so sure about this chant. May be best to focus on the man and leave the poor dear wife out of it. She's probably thinking about a divorce right now.... ;-)

I hope all Gulls fans get on the backs of the gruesome twosome for the duration of the game. Give fatty and cheat a warm Devon welcome.
Paul Buckle seems quite a decent fellow in comparison. 8/
