He's not re-signed as a player, he's doing a signing of his book. It was a deliberately confusing headline which made me wonder what the reception for him would be if it was literal.

Not strictly on topic, but did anyone else drop a brick at the OS headline "Todd signs at Plainmoor"? Although would he be more welcome back than Rice and McPhee initially were?

Of course I can, but since, in this instance, I'm not, I have no need to accept anything.

leadbitter is barelly youth and is unfit and really not played yet so i doubt we will get any benifit from him till next year imho

hopefully leadbitter will prove that we dont want to jump the gun and go signing players that we dont need thats why you dont sign players

Depends a) how his fitness is, b) if he's good enough. Hope he is, probably worth a shot first.

IF he's significantly better than what you have already, that's why you sign players.

why would we want him when we have leadbitter

Doubt it would happen but Amankwwah would be an excellent signing for us to play right back.

Would of liked to see us bring in another striker with Howe Injured and Bodin away on international duty as I still feel we are a bit light up front. hope McPhee proves me wrong.

You can never accept when you're wrong can you farrarilover?

Well, that's even worse for Saah then, since he was on the right side of the central defensive pairing and that's precisely where the ball went in.

Don't let keeping quiet **** your argument up the Arsenal or anything.

Matt.

Oastler was, once again, caught miles out of position, far too far infield, for their first goal last night. The left winger had the freedom of the park to get in a decent cross.
As good a cross as it was, there is no way that a L2 striker should be getting in front of hopeless Brian Saah as easily as the striker did last night. Brian needs to be stronger (or just fecking better) if he is to bring anything to the team.
Best you watch the highlights again. It was Ellis not Saah. Dont let facts colour your posts though

Last minute deal and transfers.
arteta joins Harsenal.
Shaun Wright Phillips moves from Man City to QPR
Yossi Benayoun moves from Chelski to Harsenal on loan to end of season.
Raul Meireles slaps in transfer request. after Welsh plank Ballamy signs for Liverpool. (I might be half Welsh but Bellamy to me is a pratt) Meireles says he would rather play at Plymuff than play with the Welsh dragon. but they turn round and say thanks for the offer but we can't afford the train fare so he goes home.
Alan Hutton and Jermain Jenas switch from Spurs to Aston Villa. (Jenas on loan)
Craig Bellamy moves to Liverpool and will wear the No.39 shirt. it's to mark the number of steps needed to cover the distance when writing his pay cheque.

Have just got back in after a short work job and thought I would looksee and catch up on who has joined who. seems very quiet around here tonite. No news of whether we tried to sign arteta or Rooney then.
I doubted they were good enough for Plainmoor. we only like to see class playing at our hallowed turf.
