Sorry about using the wrong board! Didn't want it to be hunkered down with the doom squad.

Obviously it's a slightly different situation as, to be fair to Tisdale, he has delivered great success to the club over his tenure. It's just good to see how they rally around the team as a whole when a few of our fans immedietly cast off half the squad and the manager.

Mind you, at the moment I am in Paignton and it's TIPPING it down. Hope its not raining as hard at Plainmoor, the poor old ground will be flooded.

Completely agree Stevegull, i included a bit about this in my "past" thread...... [color=#FF0000]our friends up the road have had an awful start, there fan’s have got up a campaign to bring about a siege mentality, we hit a big slide and we react by crying that’s it never going again, who in the end will that harm?[/color]

For me there sige mentailty is all about fan's coming togehter staying loyal and supporting there team, we have do the same.

i agree. this should be on the main board, so moved there now, as that's where all the moaning and doom and gloom goes on.

The boys don't need the extra pressure from fans, through bad times we all need to come together and get behind the team

Dare I say it, but I think some fans need to take a leaf out of Exeter's book and try and rally around the team. Just a thought....
