Fonda - don't leave us again so soon. The forum is all the more poorer for your prolonged absence. I think you owe us all an explanation.
Daft formations, bizarre hero worship for fringe players - they just don't make posts like that anymore. Please don't go.

I too hated it at first, but must admit it sounded good on Monday, probably because everyone seemed to join in, would have been different had that not been the case. Would love to hear it echoing around plainmoor , but only if it was being sung by the majority.

Believe it or not Fonda, it is one of the songs that the drummer doesn't start, it is normally the Yellow Army that start it and I / Louis join in. It is not one we can start, unlike the "Every where we go" chant.

What the singing proved on Monday, is until such time as the Babbacombe End is made available to home supporters, is that the singers on the Popside should stay in the middle of it so it's heard in the extremes and encourages those standing in the extremes to join in.

Makes you wonder why the atmosphere is so often dull.

All songs sounded fantastic for 90 mins, drummer(s) excellent and the Plymouth fans were very impressed!

I quite like it too tbh!! Bit more upbeat than the regular chants and when you get a good number of people joining in the atmosphere has the potential to turn electric!! Shrewsbury away in the play-Off semi's last year was superb!!

I like it too, when enough join in like they did at Argyle.

Nice to see you back, Shane, even if it was for a moan :)

Nice to see you posting again Shane, stick around, i like it aswell and when lot's of people join it can very effective watch this version of the song, if our fan's could get any where near this , it would be quite something.

I quite like it. Admittedly, it doesn't seem to have any 'actual' words in as such, but i think its catchy.

Looked round on Monday and plenty of people were joining in with it - i.e people sat near the front and not with the 'singers' at the back.

Not a problem with it, think you might be on your own here mate.

Was thinking the same thing!? :|

Is this the song? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jg6o3lX4aS4 If so it's called the "Dale Cavese" many foreign teams sing it but now many British sides sing it as well, including us! I don't really like the chant TBH, but against Argyle it sounded really good!
