More a case of Craig Stanley knowing that he was brought into the club by Buckle, and he may not figure in the plans of the next manager.

What Craig Stanley has said in this interview is nothing more than i personaly would expect him to say, should the new Rovers manager make him availble for transfer the last thing Craig Stanley wants to do, is come across as a player who will publicly blame the manager at the first sign of trouble.

Remember falling out with a manager was the main reason he is no longer a Morecambe player, guess he is not going to make that mistake again.

They're gutted because when they continue to get beaten the Brizzle fans will have no choice but to direct their ire at the players rather than the not-very-dearly departed former leader.

The only reason the players are gutted is because it means they will now have to play in their preferred positions rather than where Buckle wanted to play them, and they have forgotten where it was they played in the first place.

Oliver Hardy : "That's another fine mess you've got yourself into Stanley."

Craig Stanley has said, on the BBc sport webpage, that "The players (At Brizzle) let the manager (Buckle) down. The lads are gutted that he's gone, especially me, as he was the reason that I came to the club. I turned down other clubs to come here"
Nothing to do with the money they were offering then, Stanley? :slap:
