Maybe next time we should all boo them, especially for one of their pet keeping abilities.

Perhaps some extra praise/chants for Ian over the next few games, would certainly give him a welcomed confidence boost and shut up the moronic supporters being referred to!

ive been off the forum for sometime now but feel i have to comment on this subject, in 45 years of supporting my beloved gulls ive never felt so angry, ian morris isnt a bad player and has put in some good work for us and scored a couple of important goals, so to all you fans that were involved in the cheering of him off the pitch on saturday shame on you, we dont need supporters like you at this club, and to ian morris if you read this i can only apologise for the morons at this club, thankfully there are only a few, keep up the good work ian, the majority of fans at this club are on your side and are happy to have you here.

People dont actually pay to watch me work badly tho. I wasnt amongst the people moaning and totally disagree with the booing. Having said that Mr Ling should have realised earlier that Mr Morris wasnt playing to his full potential, good result in the end.
Yes ( I don' know what you do for a living) but your required to forfill your job subsciption wether or not people pay for your product or your ability, somtimes you will have that bad day where everthing doesn't go right, it wouldn't suprise me if he comes out on friday night and puts in one hell of a performance, which i really hope he does! one thing about football is one minute you can be loved the next hated even by your own followers!

We should be backing every one of our players as they have all put there al into this season the table proves that!

Totally unneccessary, good from Ling and Mansell to make a point of it IMO. Everybody has bad games, Lathrope was ineffective at Swindon, he wasn't cheered off the pitch by our fans, Morris shouldn't be either.

I didn't reckon that Morris had a shocker, but Stevens did that is for sure. As Dinger said, some players were not where they were supposed to be. Both players were rightfully replaced after being given 15mins of the 2nd half to pull their fingers out.

Stevens especially, was the Stevens he is. Did he disappear off the wing (where he should have been) and "hid" in the middle with Rene, before the Popside got on his case, or after ? Either way you don't go and "hide" from your critics, you stay where the manager has asked you to play and you get your finger out and double up your efforts.

I don't have a problem with Morris, but I do with Stevens when he "hides" like that. I neither jeered nor cheered the substitutions, I roundly clapped both the players going off and the players coming on.

On another note, to those travelling to Barnet it may be a good idea to sing "One Ian Morris" or something along them lines before the game? NOT JUST IF HE SETS UP A GOAL OR SCORES!
