Rather than try to change existing players' bad attitudes, it probably looks easier to get rid of dead wood and to bring in your own new players, though implementing that process can bring its own problems, as Bucks found at Bristol Rovers. But he has already said in an interview that he has learnt from that experience, so maybe he will do better at Luton. If he does, he will have earned his money for sure..

To be fair, I'd imagine Buckle keeps a very professional squad. I wouldn't see him standing for an alcoholic for long. Unfortunately for him, he'll probably just make them hate him and then it'll be a race for whoever leaves the club first.

If Bucks wins on Monday will he be ambitious again?

Buckle is apparently having all the players in tomorrow. Looks like he has a job on his hands..

It was announced he would start on Sunday. I suppose if he can get a win on Monday, fair play to him. Turning around a losing club an' all.

To be fair to Buckle he wasn't in charge today. Start laughing on Monday.. ;-)
