A great team performance rather than any stand out individuals. Bevs had little to do but did it well. I barely noticed Oastler but that's not necessarily bad, probably just doing his job efficiently. I'll vote for:

Mansell - work rate and enthusiasm transferred through the team
Nicho - 1 goal, 1 great crossfield ball in buildup to third. Don't know why he's not taking corners, especially inswingers from the right
O'Kane - at the heart of our good passing, looked dangerous going forward
Robinson - probably caused them the most problems
Branston - cos he's amazing

Oh and by the way, is 211 the confirmed number of the yellow army today? I swear it was more like 350-400. But that might just be down to us being loud, and the acoustics were really good, I suppose it was probably our chants reverberating back off all the empty seats around the stadium!

So hard today as 9 of the 11 could be said to have played the best, we were fantastic.

Zebs
Lathrope
O'Kane
Robinson
Branston

Nicho, Manse, Roberton and Tomlin all played a significant part too. Oastler is clearly going to be a really good player but just didn't impact on the game that much, and Bevan didn't have anything to do. Add to that, Kee's goal and Danny with a great run and shot as soon as he came on, and it really was a great all round performance...

Tomlin - it was like that Bugs Bunny cartoon today, where he plays every position in a baseball team. Every time I looked up, Tommo had the ball, he was a constant threat all afternoon (he was more of a threat than the whole Bradford side, even after he'd gone off) and scored a nice goal.
O'Kane
Pickles
Robinson
Manse

Matt.

So so difficult to pick five and then put them in order but I'll go for:

Robertson
Branston
Zebs
Mansell
O'Kane

211 Gulls there, so if you were one of them and are reading this then please add a reply as numbers will be low and every reply very important. Up to five players who deserve credit for their performance today.
