Re: transfer window
I think we're actively looking, remember we were apparently in for Midson the chappie from Oxford, but looks likely to stay there having scored thrice against us. We've brought in a bit of money late so hopefully we'll get an attacking forward, but the key is not to rush him into the squad, allow him a few weeks to train and sit on the bench watch how the squad works as they're a pretty tight nit group and the incomer would need to adjust his game to our style of play.

Zebroski getting a goal is the highlight of the match for me.

Romance of the cup alive?
3 Generations of my family, travel 250 miles to watch one match against some naff northern league 1 team just because its the FA cup.
Anyone who was at Plainmoor yesterday will have felt the atmosphere the near horse-racing euphoria of shouts of "Come on Benners/Eunan/Billy!!!" fa cup is very much alive.

Re: ITV/BBC and TUFC
Our 1-0 win over a League 1 side isn't news compared to the David vs Goliath of Stevenage vs Newcastle.
10 seconds showing our goal is adequate, we'll gate paid for the coverage, and now we're through to the next round i'm quite sure our time will come.
Also I don't agree with the comment about the beeb, when we were scoring for fun and defending like demons the Football League Show was lapping it up, since we've slipped into the realms of mediocrity they've rightfully chosen to focus on the Chesterfields and Rotherhams.

At 5foot 10 he's not the brute we're looking for to rule our midfield...

I am increasingly worried for my mid-module exams, I have Russian language immediately followed by Portuguese Language, bricking it for next week.

Charlton is a club I can see Buckle at, anyway I reckon he'll be with us until the end of the season.

Re: Mathieu Manset
A target man is certainly what we need, not sure about this Manset fellow though.
Ideally we want someone who can hold the ball just off the box so Wroe or O'Kane can come storming in and smash the bugger into the top right, though good centre forwards are hard to come by, especially on a budget.

Re: Danny Potter
Maybe bevs could do with a rest, but I hope he plays on saturday when i bring my dad down for the Fa Cup. Much rather have Bevs in goal for a match that means something than an (untried first team) keeper.
