i'd be more than happy seeing Ellis line up alongside Robbo and Branston in the second leg at Shrewsbury. Ellis is a warrior and exactly what we need cause its going to be a war. Three in central defence would suit me. I know Buckle is saying that we are going to attack but do we really need to?

Dave - Is the steward you are referring to (ie the head of the response team) the one with the oblong head and pointy features. Shaven hair at the sides and sometimes a small goatee beard. He wears jackboot trousers and struts around like he owns the place.
I was actually "ejected" at the end of the Crawley match for actually doing nothing and had a confrontation with this imbecile outside the gate on the grandstand side.
The result of this was that I recieved a written apology from one of the directors. I could quite easily have sued the club for what took place.
This individual has no place in a football ground. If it is the same individual I would strongly urge you to contatc Bill Phillips at the club and make a complaint.

I am not confident either. We cannot possible go with Oastler and Lathrope in midfield. Stanley is a better player than Wroe but Wroe is twice as good as either LAthrope or Oastler.
We need to totally change our midfield pairing which must be O'Kane and Mansell.

No but wasn't very impressed with him against Cheltenham. Judging from the commentary he appeared to be awful though - Murray seems a far better player to me. Don't think Tomlin is what we need up front and he isn't as good as the wide men we have already.

We have been here before havn't we. Does anyone seriously believe he will stay here if he is offered something elsewhere.
It is very unlikely that anyone is going to offer him another managerial job in the league though, so he isn't going to resigns and will no doubt be staying here.

Think I might start supporting Exeter actually - less miles to travel for starters, attractive football, and a bloody good smartly dressed manager to boot.

She's just another example of someone who has been in her job far too long. We are going to lose three points here and how massive could that be. i am afraid there are no excuses whatsoever here. Taking the player off, contatcting the fa,emails not working,people on holiday - its all complete bollocks.

The running of this club just beggars belief. After Saturdays farce this will go down as the biggest farce EVER. It is a disgraceful cock up of epic proportions. We are a laughing stock yet again. Shambles.

Probably get off their arses and support the manager for starters. Have not heard one word of apology from Master Baker and his merry crew who could not get 2000 supporters into the ground on saturday - a complete and utter feckin shambles. It was so embarassing it was untrue.
Benyon wasn't even Swindons first choice. They had agreed a fee with Argyle for Mason yesterday afternoon but the player turned them down. No doubt benyon was then hawked off to Swindon for a cut priced fee - and this after Baker clearly stated on the radio last week that Buckle did not have to sell any players in the transfer window,
