The festive period!!!
I’m sure Eastleigh will be on. With no decision being made until after Xmas and then any decision has to involve parliament being recalled. I think any decision regarding crowds and restrictions will be 29th at a minimum. That’s my theory. I hope I’m right as just bought 4 tickets for Eastleigh and a hotel on the Monday

Tonbridge Angels v Torquay Utd - FA Trophy 3rd - 18th December
Gary obviously wanted to send a keeper there with potential and to gain valuable game time whilst McDonald is our number 1. Sending halstead would not tick those boxes. The guy has never been a number 1 keeper in is entire career so maybe he is the one that needs to realise /admit he is shit, rather than us say so. No one wants to berate a player but yes halstead needs to pursue a new careergrockle wrote: ↑18 Dec 2021, 19:10 Did we send the wrong goalkeeper to Gloucester? After his performance today, I hope I don't see another. My 1st chance to see us since Sutton (a), before lockdown. How good to be able to pay cash, not be forced to wear a mask, and not have any rigmarole about testing.

What a pathetic post. Yes we beat the mighty Weymouth 2-1 but very convincingly which in my opinion is more pleasing. But ffs what is the context of that post other you are a delusional and sad individual.dawlishmatt wrote: ↑04 Dec 2021, 18:57 The only thing that would shut me up is Uncle Clarke giving Gary Johnson and co their P 45s !!!!!!!!!!!!

Interesting comment. We always have done overnight stays in London area even in National south. Gary commented in his pre match interview about overnight being discussed if over 4.5 hours. Sorry something isn’t right regarding cutbacks. But in mitigation he did say the team play no better versus an overnight stayPlainmoor78 wrote: ↑21 Nov 2021, 00:09 Travelling up on the day instead of an overnight stay suggests the budget has been slashed. Have the owners written off the season?

As bad as we can be not even Torquay could be on -9 this seasonSuperNickyWroe wrote: ↑14 Nov 2021, 18:47 Well said Dave (forevertufc.)
Simple fact is that without AM's input - or output - we'd be at the bottom of the league.

Wright is always injured, McDonald left the club and is now the answer to our problems. Let’s face facts that playoff final was win or bust for us. Sadly we know the answerBristol_Gull wrote: ↑16 Oct 2021, 17:49 The lack of pace and physicality is clear every game.
Why is Andrews keeping the bench warm with far lesser players in the side?
GJ needs to stick to his guns and get rid of those who aren’t cutting it and bolster the squad with loans asap.
Why not try a 433 with :
MacDonald
Wynter, Lewis, Moxey, Martin
Little, Hall, Andrews
CLE
Wright, Lolos / Holman

Little- for his goal and energy but struggled in his position yesterday
The poor bugger who was busy collecting the balls hit out of each end of the ground, especially the bristow bench
Might seem harsh but everyone else just looked out of sorts,

A Message to Gary Johnson
Our golden chance of promotion was indeed last season, we through injuries lost that opportunity. And that hurts. This season is already looking dodgy. With a salary cap in place from next season. There will be some worried owners come May.brucie wrote: ↑01 Sep 2021, 15:22 I agree with Dawlishmatt - we have no chance of promotion but thats hardly Johnsons fault There are teams spending a fortune.
Unfortunately the chance of promotion was last season, and due to some ill luck as much as anything else it didn't happen. I would be more worried about relegation this year.
It wasn't great against Woking but as well as poor performances everything else is going against us. Chiori Johnsons booking was ludicrous - it asn't even a foul. Lets hope we can turn it around.
