Hi Njgull, The ladies put in a fantastic performance yesterday full of character & pride.
I did try to sign a goalkeeper from Yeovil Town just to play the one off game, but in fairness and rightfully so the problem with any player playing yesterday is that would cup tie them for future rounds and as it's a specialist position it's understandable no one would want to cup tie their keeper.

On Sunday the 2nd of November the Ladies are hosting Swindon Town Ladies at Bovey Tracey FC in the FA Cup with a 1pm kick-off and will be celebrating the occasion by also holding a family fun day from 11 until 5.
There will be a bouncy castle and other events throughout the day to keep the family entertained.
Gilbert the Gull will be in attendance throughout the day and there will be many great raffle prizes on offer.
The Gullettes would love your support on the day to help us get through to the next round and create history for the Ladies.

£95 to go, even if its just a £5 donation it all helps as the ladies team are fully self sufficient and do not rely on an financial support from the club.

We buy all our own kit, pay for pitch hire, after match food, match officials (3 for each home game) bus hire, fuel etc.

Hi All,
Massive thanks to torq2u today for contacting me with a view of resurrecting this thread to raise some money for a TULFC player for the season.

All that is needed is £300 and this covers the players match fees for the season and gives the sponsor coverage on all our media outlets and numerous other benefits.

I think in fairness once the target has been reached then all available players for sponsorship will be placed in a hat a draw to take place for the lucky recipient to be sponsored for the season.

People can PM me with their donations and if you would like to remain anonymous or not with your pledge, I will keep a running total going and I can provide the TULFC bank account details so you can make your donation, or send you details to make payment by cheque or see me at a game to pay cash.
