Management options

I really like Gary Hackett the manager of Stourbridge. He's been there a long time, won promotions and had some fantastic cup runs.

National League Fixture release 2017/18

I've got my eyes on away games at Solihull, Tranmere, Chester, Wrexham, Macclesfield and the London clubs!

Looking at the map of conference clubs, Eastleigh looks the nearest to Torquay now. Will that be our most likely Boxing Day and New Years Day fixture?

Josh Gowling Signs

I used to watch Kidderminster play quite often and Gowling was always a reliable solid player. Really looking forward to seeing him in the yellow shirt. His character seems absolutely spot on too on the YouTube video

Solihull v Torquay 28-3-17

Just got in from the game. What an absolutely fantastic win. All in all I think we deserved it. Great support from our fans too - I'm lucky I only had to travel a short distance but I was so proud to see so many gulls who made the journey.

This club has so much potential in the right hands, which it appears it is not at the moment.

Still, what a great result tonight!

How many do we reckon will be there in yellow tonight and which stand do we go to? Just dug my retro 1998 scarf out of the loft.

COYY!

Solihull v Torquay 28-3-17

merse btpir wrote: 26 Mar 2017, 22:38 Refer to the BTPIR thread on the game and you'll soon see.

Be aware the last bus back to Solihull Station leaves Damson park at 21.28 so you'll need to book a cab; fookin' God forsaken location!!

Thanks for the info! What is the BTPIR thread? Sorry!

Fred I would be interested in knowing the best way to get to the ground. Solihull train station seems far away and Birmingham international looks closer but it seems to be a little deceiving as you have to walk a very long route to get there according to Google maps. Seems as though driving is the way forward. Where would be the best place to park? Are there free areas to park?

As Plainmoor78 says we need the points more than you but really pleased to see Solihull rise to the conference as someone who lives in the Midlands now. So hoping Solihull do well but just not on Tuesday please!

Solihull v Torquay 28-3-17

Going with a few mates to watch Torquay on Tuesday night at Solihull which is the nearest ground to me that Torquay will play at.

What do we reckon lads? I don't watch Torquay very often sadly, my last game was Kiddy away back in 2015! Really shocked and saddened to read of all of of the terrible things that seem to be going on both on and off the pitch at the moment. I sincerely hope this isn't the last time I'm able to watch Torquay United but from what I've been reading the club is not in the interests of the owners, it is merely a tool to generate substantial profit from the sale of the ground without providing a new one :(
