If Johnson remains the downward and wayward trajectory will continue. He is a spent force as will Torquay become if he stays at the helm. He had his chance to contribute to the Club’s successful history but ultimately his term will become a blight on TUFC. A pity he did not leave a long time ago.

Don’t raise your hopes too much.

Perhaps the outcome will be determined by any new players arriving? Some new faces should make the squad more competitive. No new faces will expose just how weak we will become as the season progresses!

Poor game not many prospects for a top of the table challenge. We were dire in the second half.

Yes totally concur we need to win this one BUT this is Torquay United and we all know how things often can be disappointing. I really hope they win easily but I remain to be convinced they have the squad to deliver a triumphant season. I will be there is Saturday screaming for them to win!

Optimistically - Dover 1 Torquay 1. It is early days yet, expect this opener to be a tough game.
