We all want to prevent pitch invasions, but not criminalise and throttle a few fans who steps over a line by a few centimetres while celebrating..When our players went to the fans to celebrate– there’s was nothing to worry about, our fans were safely back on the terraces in a minute, and the players were getting on with the game.

If we cannot apply common sense, the game is in serious trouble. For example, the law states that technically, within the “missile throwing” provisions throwing the match ball back on to the pitch can be a criminal offence, - I kid you not - but we apply common sense, do we not?

By any standards in pro football this is an extraordinary achievement.

Gary was an instant success winning 6 and drawing 3. in his first 9 games. A win rate of 77%

The first 9 games of the season before he arrived we won 3 lost 3 and drew 3 a win rate of 44%

This season confirms beyond any doubt that Managerial Appointments are crucial.Is it not ironic that an owner who admits he has no interest in Football recruited a top Manager, with huge experience and yet previous owners appointed rookie Managers with no Managerial experience.

Thank you Gary you have brought our Club back to life in 29 weeks!
