Woking number 9 was nowhere near the ball or interfering with play for the penalty so couldn’t have been offside.
On the foul, he had to bring back play because HE HAD ALREADY GIVEN THE FOUL before the tackle in the area.
Penalty was a scandalous decision though.
Interesting to see the view that only Torquay players are allowed to celebrate in front of opposition fans? But when the opposition does it it’s BANG OUT OF ORDER? Please advise.
