Re: Zebroski

At the moment you are correct, it is nothing more than a rumour. However come August the 6th, Chris Zebroski will be playing in the blue and white quarters. FACT. And i am not coming on here giving the "billy big bulls" and I can see why you guys are getting slightly fed up with some gas posts, however i was genuinley just trying to get some feedback to what type of player Zeb is. And for the record, you could do alot worse than Trollope.

Zebroski

Hi chaps. So now PB is our new man in charge. Not here to give you " i told you so " lecture but as i said last time my source was a very reliable one and has never let me down before. And as i said before the timing of the whole matter was not the best to say the very least. But now whats done is done, hopefully both clubs can move on and have a successful season. The reason i am posting is to get your opinions on zebroski? He will be signing for rovers within the next few days. A fee in the region of 75k has been agreed. Feedback much appreciated.

Bullsh*t rumour, obviously he's not going to leave days before a massive game in the clubs history. Just the kinda thing we DIDN'T need right now.

A bullshit rumour.... THE FACTS ARE: Buckle had a meeting at the mem yesterday with our board which lasted 2 and a half hours. After this meeting rovers then held contract talks with several players and also informed those who were surplus to requirements. He was slashed very quickly with bookies to be clear favourite for the job. I agree it is a stupid time for this to arise but surely buckle brought this on himself by attending the meeting?

I have been wrong before and i could be wrong again. A two and a half hour meeting with our board would suggest otherwise though

As i said the timing does seem very strange. However, Some of our players were in for contract talks yesterday and today. Could be a mere coincedence that it was the same time as buckle. But from knowing what i do, i would be very confident that paul buckle will be our next manager.

Re: Buckle seen in Bristol

I am not on here to get into a slanging match, in fact i do have a soft spot for torquay. For what its worth i think paul buckle will be appointed as our new manager. I know somebody within the club who also confirms he was at the mem yesterday. He is now clear favourite at 4/7 from 10/1 with victor chandler to be our next boss and the bookies very rarely get it wrong. I think it would be a good appointment if this is the case but i do agree the timing of the whole thing leaves a lot to be desired. Good luck for the playoffs
