League 2 Playoffs
Great game in progress at Bradford at the moment - Burton are currently 3-1 up, Zola with a screamer. Northampton are beating Cheltenham 1-0 at home in the other game. Purely for geographical reasons I'd like to see Bradford go up - I don't want Cheltenham to do it as it's a close game for us and also because one of their numpty fans decided to give it the big one as I was walking to our second leg game last year - I told him in no uncertain terms that I didn't think they would beat Crewe! Let's hope we might be able to sneak into them next year.

Bit of a shocker that one up at Braddy especially given the away form of Burton. I'm not fussed who goes up but i suppose for geographical reasons like yourself Tauntongull i'd like to see Cheltenham go up as it's the furthest away from me. I was hoping Bradford would go up because although it's not far at all, i just hate going there. It's such a depressing dump.
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

Billy Kee now on for Zola. Yeah poor performance from Bradford, although I'm very impressed with Burton. If the standard of the division is similar next year to this there's no reason we can't be up there provided AN can get a decent squad together.

I'd like to see Cheltenham go up, mainly because it shows that we can do it too. Northampton I definitely want to stay down as it's my closest game.

Want Bradford to turn it around. If they don't go up now then I'd fancy them for top 3 next season, with the money from the Cup run.

And turn it around Bradford did. Once again the team in 7th beat the team in 4th and City head to Wembley for the second time this season.
Na, na na, NA NA NA NA, NA NA NA NA, TORQUAY!

Yes indeed, Bradford v Northampton final it is to be then. Bradford is obviously a lot nearer to me but it's a really depressing place and i've not seen us win or score there in 3 of my visits whereas Northampton is a lot further but it's a piece of p*ss to get to and parking is easy. I think perhaps overall i'd like to see Bradford go up so i don't have to go there again and like someone said, it may have been Nickgull. With all the cash Bradford will have made from their season it is highly likely they would be strong favourites to fill one of the three automatic slots should they fail to go up and they will certainly be a team to avoid.
Our conquerers in the play offs last season replicate us then, beaten finalists one year and the next fail at the semi-final stage. Could they be facing an unexpected relegation battle next season perhaps?
