Good effort CP mate, but why on earth are you monitoring the Morecambe website?

Oh yeah, so thats why NW has been under performing recently! He's been playing with a bloody broken toe!Fletch wrote:Cover while NW recovers from broken toe?
He (Stanley) is possibly best known for being the Morecambe player that was "nutted" by Matt Gill near the end of their Wembley Play Off Final win over our Excretia. Nice one.

I dont think its been broken for very long. Certainly not long enough to account for his frankly well below par performances (excluding a couple of games). I will of course apologise unreservedly should I be wrong and hes been carrying it all season...gullsflyinghigh wrote: Oh yeah, so thats why NW has been under performing recently! There is also an interesting link on there to the Hereford forum ... who seem pretty confident that Elliot Benyon will be joining Swindon shortly. Do they know something we don't ???? They also seem surprised that their ex midfielder (Craig Stanley) has joined us on loan when he is a regular starter for Morecambe.
Interesting reaction though on the Morecambe fans forum ... stunned .... sums it up I think, which has got to be good news surely? It appears he is pretty much seen as a fixture in their midfield.

Surprised it hasn't appeared on Sky Sports News
'News just in from League 2 and we go live to Andy Burton who is outside Plainmoor, Andy'
Cuts across to a frozen pissed off andy Burton who is stood by Boots and Laces with Paul Bastard in his shorts, Torquay united have completed the 1 month loan signing of Morecambe's Craig Stanley.
'any thoughts on this news Paul?'
'For f*ck sake'
Back to the stduio.

Buckle has been keen on him for some time, so that's one target achieved, will be more me thinks.
