Martin "shouts a lot" Allen

Sacked.

Bloke's a moron with nothing in his locker except shouting and making stupid comments about other sides. I wouldn't let him take charge of the customer toilets at B&Q, let alone a football club.

These attributes are the entire basis for my matchday threads! :)

I'm a moron but don't mean to be.

Yes I've just heard this too, a few months ago it was all a big massive sickening sexual love in at Gills and then 11 games into the new season KERPOW!!! Off you go Martin, the chairman has another lover.
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

have worked with with martin although in a minor way and the guy has a lot of heart, is a great motivator and i don't think what he says about other teams including ours is to be taken too seriously, when he's at a club that's all there is he has a fantastic appetite to win! He is also a great character and person and is written off far too easy, ask greavesie - he is a proper footy bloke with a great hunger for the game and i don't care what he's said about our club as i know it isn't serious - all is fair in love and war and that,

He will never manage England but then none of us will, hes a good bloke trying to do his best for the club he works for, give him a break!

We could equally have Blackwell; he's been given the boot from Bury.

Matt.

So Kevin Blackwell is the first Div 2 manager to bite the dust, then ! Er, um ...... referring to the thread about 'rolling contracts', how much would Bury have to pay us for Alan Knill ???? ONLY JOKING !!!! Football is a cruel business. Martin Allen took Gillingham to Div 1. They had a bit of a rocky start but they've moved up the table in recent weeks and now he's got the boot. He deserved better than that.
