... Cooking an Omlette, and boy oh boy did I fall foul of that tonight.

Any tips to help reduce the amount of crispen charcoal I was left to munch? Haha :)

You probably left it alone. it needs to be constantly watched and turned over, failing that. try poaching it instead.

Love the dwarf hamster Pea, what's he called?
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

His proper name is Hamwich, but because I'm a bit loopy (it's one of those awful by products from studying psychology), he's been nicknamed Squishy. He's possibly the grumpiest little man you could ever meet. :)

Low heat, splash of oil in the pan and then alternate between grill and hob.

Puting the pan under the grill will cook the top of the omlette and hold it all together.
Mmmmmm, beeeeeeeer.

3 egg omlette is easy once you have done a couple.Lightly beat the eggs season them heat pan to medium shot of oil and a knob of butter swirl it around. Pour in egg reduce heat to low to medium and with a fork move the egg outside in all around while tilting the pan. After a minute lift the edges and just as the egg starts to cook through fold it in half give it 30 seconds more and you have breakfast.

Don't buy a omlette maker it's for fools :~D

I'm going to start calling him brucie, if it's all the same to you.
