Because they're a "sleeping giant",
"too big to go down",
"should be playing in the championship",
"have massive potential,"
have a catchment area the size of Montenegro,
and Neil Warnock lives in Cornwall and is just waiting for the call

You jest, but it wouldn't surprise me to see NW installed as the next manager.

If Sheridan is fired I wonder if they will pay him just a penny for every £1 of compo owed

Another month to go and it will be the time of year when Bristol Rovers engage in their annual management exercise: sack the manager and replace him with a new one. Except that I have a feeling they won't be doing that this year, given their ever diminishing financial resources, and the fact that even Nick Higgs and the Rovers board must now realise that it takes more than a change of manager when things aren't going well to achieve football success. I feel sorry for their long-suffering fans. They've had seven managers in the past three years, including caretakers Campbell and Shaun North. Surely Rovers cannot make the same mistake yet again..??

Seems to be a "Bristol thing"-with O'Driscoll sacked yesterday.
