I must admit the 3rd one gets on my nerves. It's basic stuff.
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

These sorts of things (not 'these sort of things') tend to irritate me to (sorry, I mean 'too') and make me loose (sorry: 'lose') my temper (not that I ever do). Basic English which people ought to know. But I blame the poor quality of teaching, and single mothers.. :(

Love malaprops, though.. :)

I've been guilty of this in the past however once I was pulled up on it (by Matt) I realised it was because of the way I speak. Now when I don't spell correctly using text or computers it's because of spellcheck on my phone or laptop. I'm now irritated by other people not using correct terms and it annoys the people I correct haha
