I know Alex but we're doing sh*te and it's going to be a foul day weather wise. It may make some stay at home. Ok i'll meet you half way ish and i'll go for 160.
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

Setting off soon to make the short (70 odd mile) journey up the M1 and across the most depressing motorway in Great Britain - the M62. It's grey. it's drizzly, it's wet, it's cold and it's Lancashire. Nothing more need be said to paint a more vivid picture of desolation. Accrington in 2 weeks too! :'(

Seriously lads, if you're reading this. Bury are one of the worst teams you will encounter this season and they haven't scored at home for at least 3 games and hadn't won in 9 before last weekends victory over 10 man Wycombe. This game MUST be won and there are no excuses today.

I put my trust in you all for today.

It is indeed grey, wet and cold here today, so I hope all you Southern Softies wrap up warm - don't want you getting a chill before your two hours on the wide open terraces of Accrington do we??

In my opinion we're not as bad as people are saying - but I would say that wouldn't I!

We have some very good individual players but we have very rarely performed as a team this season.

Looking forward to a good game of football - safe trip to you Gulls coming up!
