Not long now until k/o. COME ON!!!
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

3 hours now. Come on Alan, just get them up for this, i mean REALLY up for this , closing down, getting stuck in, not allowing them time on the ball, pressing, working hard. I know i'm not a manager but seriously, this is half the battle won against this lot. Give them respect and there is only one outcome. Get stuck in there lads, dig in like at Bury, keep the tempo up and try and take the chances when they come - it can be a perfect result!
COYY!!!!

Andy, if you like the commo today, you should get gullsplayer, because even if you dont like Julian "no voice" Gaunt, Dave Thomas or Steve Breed, you can select the oppositions commentary, and indeed listen in to any other football league match, shoukd you wish to. Sonetimes the commo will be good, sometimes bad, but its dar better than relying on bbc sports website

Cheers Cornish but i'll give Gullsplayer a huge swerve if it's all the same. Having heard the multitude of frequent complaints about it on here i don't think it and me would 'get on'.
I'd have it for free or maybe a fiver or something but anymore than that for the 'alleged' poor quality of the service i couldn't justify.
I can get commo up here on local radio when we play at home to York, Mansfield and Chesterfield and obviously i'll be at those away games. I'm really looking forward to todays game, it seems a number of their fans also see this as a crucial game for Paul Cook and for their season given the alarming league blip. One thing is for sure, i know managers have differing styles but today anyone that is going - just compare the animation of Cook on the sidelines to the animation of Knill and let me know what you think. Cook likes to get involved and directs play from the touchline. Knill errr, Knill doesn't.

Thats what Im saying though, the poor service you here of is on specifically the Torquay commentary, but you dont have to select the Torquay commentary, you can choose commentary from any match, including our match but from the opposition commentators. Up to you, but I think its good value at 4 quid a month. Plus the extended highlights of the games are really goodAustrianAndyGull wrote:Cheers Cornish but i'll give Gullsplayer a huge swerve if it's all the same. Thanks Cornish. I'll bear it in mind.
Listening to the pre match build up on Peak FM and they are going on about Chesterfields poor record down at Torquay and also they expect the lad Banks to play today and to perform. He was very impressive in midweek and will give us problems. He came from FC United of Manchester and has been stuck straight in so non league gems are out there if a manager can be arsed to look. Even with Chesterfield not really needing to look at non league they have done so and brought in someone who looks decent. I think we really need to be giving more raw players an opportunity and not dumping the ones we've got already out on loans all the time and wrecking their confidence.

Apperently Tonge has a knee complaint. Strange nobody has mentioned it on here.
