100% credit to the board. Ok so we may not still be saved from the drop but we've been given a fighting chance now and that's all we can ask. If we go down I won't blame the board one bit. They have done the right thing IMO and there is plenty of time to get things turned around. I am ecstatic!!

Think we all know deep down that this is the right decision.

We have time now to get the right man in, the man that fits all criteria. Please, lets recruit the new manager carefully and properly.
