Since the rumour board is members only, can we disable the swear filter and what not to allow grown ups to be grown ups?

Very grown up asking if one can swear. I think we are all intelligent enough to use a better vocabulary and use a word that differs from swearing.

Why? Swearing serves a useful linguistic purpose. Ironically, your attitude towards it is extremely juvenile.
