Personally I like him, he's done a great job on the tight budget we have- the thing that annoyed me about him is the lack of a plan B or bringing a sub on to late- like when we are 2-0 down instead of 1-0 down for example.

I have said it before and will say it again - PB is an excellent manager and we are lucky to have him.
He is recognised around the lower leagues as a talent and other clubs would be amazed at the amount of criticism he gets given the lack of resources the Club can make available to support him. The fact that we can punch so far above our weight is at least partly down to him.
I thought yesterday's team selection and substitutions were spot on and show that he is not afraid of making tough choices.
He is also a good front-man for the Club - as usual his interview with Radio Devon was very thoughtful and fluent.

I like Bucks. I think he has done a terrific job for TUFC. Ok, he has done a few things that I didn't/don't agree with but as the song goes "You can please some of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time" I agree with Sneapy, we need to play more than one up front. Maybe Eliot going will be a blessing in disguise, as Bucks will now have to do something different, as he did on Sat. against Stockport. I like the guy, and to be honest, who else is out there that we would want or, more to the point, who we could get.
