Hopefully a decent sponsorship will be found for the league think I read that this Skrill deal is for 1 year only!

Well it would be a lot worse than that, with away crowds certain to be down!

Positive if BT were to take over the whole conference sponsorship and TV rights would have thought the £ and chance for us to be on telly would be decent!

Just to quote from the article;

Thea's son Alan - "But at the end of the meeting, clearly speaking on behalf of his mother, he said: “Our support will be unfaltering."

Don't think some people how amazingly lucky we are to have someone like Thea, I can't thank her enough

This sadly isn't new information, quite a few have been posting for a while now, myself included, and to be honest most knew it. This is exactly why the no 1 priority had to be, should have been to stay in the League above everything else, and the main reason why, with out new investment our return to the conference is going to be far from a happy one.

The loss eventually will be greater than reported there, after 3 years in conference all our current funding will go, as reported on another site to the tune £845,000 a year once you include youth funding and everything else, sponsorship from BT sport and the odd TV game will amount to chicken feed, no doubt we will face a future where FGR will be able to outbid us for players. :'(

Not sure if this has been said, just skimread through this, but BT have what Setanta had when we were there, so we'll get TV money there
We'll be back...

I think the money from ST sales should not be ignored. It may seem like "only £250,000" but to a club like this it's a major source of income. We don't have the luxury of big sponsorship deals rolling in. I don't see Nike or Adidas scrapping over who will supply our kit next year.

Relegation will destroy the club in the short term. The board will have to be very strong over the next few months. It's going to be a very big test for them.

For me it's simple, stay up and I'll renew my ST. Go down and I'll pay the extra for a ST at Bristol City. I can't bring myself to travel down for home games against the likes of Salisbury and the Dog & Duck.
I haven't had value for money this year or last year, for that matter, and enough is enough.
TUFC never fails to let its fanbase down.

27/08/18 - Time to step back from this shambles and focus on things in life that make me happy. TUFC doesn't.

I am right to assume that the Bristows will be putting in £250,000 in order to balance the books?
