Luton Town

Post by Gullscorer »

They're back in the Football League after a five year absence. Kidderminster's 2-0 win over Cambridge tonight ensured that Luton are Champions and are promoted from the Conference back into the Football League where they belong. Not before time. Well done the Hatters!

About time too-can see them doing well next season in League 2.
Took them a lot longer than they expected but the fans stuck with them.
Play-offs looking interesting. If we go down would be good not to have to go to Grimsby.

Over 10,000 fans at Luton's last home game. In the Conference! What couldn't a club achieve with that kind of support? Same goes for Portsmouth fans. Far less fickle than so-called supporters of Devonshire clubs, including Argyle. Sometimes I wonder whether we deserve to have a League football club..

Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo glad we don't have to go there next season. What a cesspit.

Well done Luton!!!! :)
Strangely enough it was Pope Gregory the 9th inviting me for drinks aboard his steam yacht, the saucy sue currently wintering in montego bay with the England cricket team and the Balanese Goddess of plenty.

A close game for me so a damn shame they've gone up. All I need now is Cambridge to go up via the play offs and that'll put the icing on the cake!
