1-1. Gullettes just equalised, free kick in to top corner by tall blonde girl with short hair wearing 9. Brislington far on top, but as I type, Gulls 2-1 up. Number 10 one on one half volley lob over keeper. Didn't se the build up as was typing!

3-3. Not a bad game. Bris played the better football but the Torquay striker played well. Bris number 18 was the best player by a country mile. Enjoyable afternoon.
Met Antony very briefly and gave my donation. Had to shoot off afterwards unfortunately but will go again next time they are nearby.

Number 9 will be Chambo, taking free kicks in the absence of (the girl I will get told off for referring to as our best player) Crookie. Number 10 with the neat finish will be goal-machine Goughy.
They were our equivalent in the Eastern Division last year, so a point away is a decent enough result, especially since we're playing our 2nd choice goalie. I'm still confident we can win the division this year too.
Matt.

I think Goughy, then, got 2. Shame for the Gulls keeper who dropped a clanger with the 3rd Bris goal. She had a good game.
Big thanks to Kernow for paying his donation today & good to meet you briefly.
Still £95 to go to hit our target, we can do it...
Thanks

This thread has gone a bit quiet.
I'm more than happy to make up the £95 required to hit the target once the £205 pledged so far has been paid up.
Let me know when all sums received then I will make the final payment.

That's a great pledge, WY. Fantastic!
Just back from watching the 4-1 win over Frome. A couple of late goals - the last one a long range dipping shot from Laura Gough (inspired by watching Luke yesterday?) - did justice to a deserved scoreline after a lot of possession and some spells of neat passing.
Really impressed with the communication among the forwards, the solid work and distribution of the No6, control and passing of No3, and the running off the ball by the midfielders. They looked well drilled.
Frome were no pushovers with some tidy build up play of their own and a silky breakaway goal at the end of the first half. But overall, the Gullettes dominated the match in long spells, created more chances than the visitors, and took their 4 goals impressively.

Just realised that your maths is a bit lacking! Think £95 takes us to £310. Anyway, happy to stick with the £95.
Finally, my son's best mate is running a line for your away game at Bridgwater later this month. I have put in a word!
Ant, the £95 should be in the TULFC bank account now.
Keep up the good work.

All received & many thanks for the great support.
Hope to see you at a game soon

The pm feature works just fine but only if the recipient opens the message, reads it and replies
