Ex is one of a number of poor signings made by Cox. Ramshaw said in the week Ex is playing to 70% of his capacity so why the hell is he playing. One of the first jobs of the new manager will be to bring in an experienced defender to replace Ex

I forgot that Ex was the captain. How must the players feel when they see their captain, their on pitch leader make such amateur mistakes? He is supposed to offer guidance and be able to rally the players. If I was a player in this squad I would have no confidence at all in my captain.

I think we will be more balanced now. Playing 7 defenders in 10 outfield players was always likely to be disjointed.

The Exodus experiment is not working and needs to be scrapped. A new manager and a fresh approach is needed asap.

Fisher has replaced Exodus, who should not have started in the first place.

Have we gone to 4-4-2 or 4-2-4..?? 3-5-1 never worked i.m.o..
