Notice the thread title.

We are going to have another makeshift team with the injuries but with everyone pulling in the right direction, with the boost of a win mid-week we can go in to this team knowing that a good performance can see a win and see three more points on the board.

A win 0-1 we are now capable to do this as the team achieved their win on Tuesday and we've signed a new player confidence.

The current team is no worse than what is around them, results have been inconsistent, I can appreciate being negative about the past, as this is where all the damage was done, the current manager and board are working towards a structure that will help stabilise things, being negative about the team wont help them, the only thing that will Improve things at the club is confidence, if you want a team to feel they cant achieve any level of success then we are all wasting our time.

Its a difficult situation and we need positive actions, this is what I am trying to achieve and only can hope we get a good level of momentum to keep us in the league.

Confidence, determination, and a never-give-up attitude. These qualities are needed in supporters as much as in the team. We've not been conceding goals over recent games. That's a great springboard from which to launch a run of good results. There's no reason why we should not see an excellent second half of the season, beginning with the Chester game..

Sometimes teams up against it can pull together and achieve remarkable things.

I'll be there tomorrow to cheer us on to our second win in a row (I hope!).

Unfortunately even though some fans tried to be positive its difficult not to jump on the negative bandwagon, being realistic I think a combination of things have led us to this point. Its going to be interesting moving forward, but I will continue to be objective and support everyone who is trying to effect change at the club. Reality is we may be at the point of a longer term restructuring process and we may have to step back and hope the plans for the future work and we can get back into the league within 3 years.

The time will come when we need to take a punt on staying in the league, its not far away, or we just accept it over for this season and build a platform for next to get promoted.

I personally take my hat off to you guys who pay your money and turn up to support the club in such difficult circumstances and I appreciate why you feel you have been let down, all respect to you guys!

David I have tried to keep positive but I think that the Chairman is not doing his job or Kevin needs to look at his position as we are not progressing.

Who takes over is any ones guess but when you start believing that you could do a better job yourself it's time to speak up and give your true feelings. The board need to sort it out or put the club up for sale immediately before there is no club. We need action not words.

1 win in over 23 games in the league and we get told to be positive is just lunacy. How people still have the rose tinters on is beyond me, the board need to act because their current course of action is leading us to oblivion.
